Introducing My3PAI: the ethical agentic AI cultural platform

People walking through a historic European old-town street past a café terrace, with baroque towers rising behind them.

Every cultural organisation we talk to is caught in the same bind. The promise of AI is real: richer visitor experiences, collections that finally get discovered, stories that travel further than ever. But the price on the table is usually the same too. Hand over your data, lose sight of where it goes, and hope the value comes back to you somehow.

We built My3PAI because we think that trade is wrong, and unnecessary.

What we’re building

My3PAI is an ethical agentic AI cultural platform. Six applications, each with its own home: a Cultural Tourism Studio for journeys planned with communities rather than around them; Cultural Discovery for exploring culture by map, timeline, and connection; a Heritage Community Builder where buildings and living traditions share one consent-driven record; a Cultural Value Chain Ecosystem that connects data providers and services into governed chains; a visual Workflow Builder; and a Marketplace where every listing carries its rights.

Under all six sits one foundation. The intelligence travels to the data, never the other way round. Every access needs an explicit, revocable agreement. Every answer carries its sources. And everyone who contributes to an answer can share in its value.

Why “ethical” is in the name

It’s easy to put the word on a slide. We’ve tried to put it in the architecture instead. AI agents on this platform have one job each, work in a fixed order, and say when they’re involved. Communities decide whether AI may learn from their knowledge, and “no” is enforced, not noted. Sacred and sensitive material never leaks into public answers, because the system physically cannot express that shortcut.

Where we are, honestly

The platform’s public layer, which you’re reading now, is live and complete. A working prototype of the core framework runs end to end and passes all of its self-tests, including the ones designed to catch it misbehaving. The interactive applications are the next phase, and we’re building them with early partners rather than for them.

If you work in a museum, a municipality, a community, or a creative studio and this sounds like your kind of future, we’d love to talk.

Help us shape this platform

We're looking for municipalities, museums, communities, and creators who want to put these ideas to work. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.
